Ministry of Health KSA
Event production and booth design for the Ministry of Health's Innovation Awards Ceremony.
The Ministry of Health's Innovation Awards Ceremony is Saudi Arabia's platform for recognising excellence in medical laboratory science, a discipline central to clinical care, rarely given a stage of its own. HoopAI Creative Studio delivered the event end-to-end, from spatial concept through fabrication, production, and post-event content.
The brief carried a specific tension: institutional authority alongside forward momentum. The studio resolved it through the Ministry's white and teal palette applied to curved architectural forms (arched canopies, recessed backlit displays, seamless surface transitions) that gave the space a gallery quality rather than the static register of a conventional government ceremony.
Booth design was treated as an exhibition discipline. Each zone was engineered for the venue's scale and refined so the Ministry's identity read clearly from every sightline: on screen during broadcast moments and across the exhibition floor in person. Sound and light were calibrated to support the ceremony's rhythm: directional warmth on the awards stage, broader cooler washes opening the floor.
Photo and video coverage ran across the full arc, setup through teardown, delivering a content library for internal communications, social channels, and future programme promotion. Highlight edits were cut for broadcast and official record.
