Maryon is a KSA-based real estate developer operating since 2018 under the full name Advanced Architects for Development and Real Estate Investment. HoopAI developed a comprehensive brand identity system anchored by a custom bilingual wordmark: a distinctive semi-serif Latin logotype paired with an Arabic counterpart that shares its weight, rhythm, and proportions. The mark is rendered in a controlled palette of black, warm olive green, earthy brown, and cool grey, each codified with Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and hex references to ensure exacting reproduction across print and screen.
The typographic system pairs Noto Serif for display headings with Noto Sans across three weights for body and UI copy, with both Roman and Arabic variants specified in detail: Noto Naskh Arabic for titles and Noto Sans Arabic for text. This dual-script framework was central to the project: every spread was laid out bilingually with Arabic reading right-to-left at the same typographic scale, ensuring the brand communicates with equal authority in both languages across all touchpoints.
The identity applications section spans the full spectrum of a developer's communication needs: letterhead, business cards, digital business cards, corporate folder, standard and large-format envelopes, label templates, social media post templates, PowerPoint master slides, UI favicon and icon guidance, and a visual pattern system. Particularly strong are the architectural signage specifications (extruded letter depths, wall clearance ratios, and field mockups on actual Maryon development photography) and the luxury property photography treatment, which carries the brand into high-end social content for projects including Maryon Villa and Maryon Elite Makkah.
The guidelines document itself, 49 pages structured across three numbered sections, functions as both a design brief and an operational manual. Section dividers rendered in solid olive-khaki with oversized numerals anchor the pacing.
