Kiraal
Architectural creative design for a luxury real estate developer.
Kiraal is a Dubai real estate developer whose buildings already had a point of view: precise geometry, restrained material palettes, the seriousness of architecture that doesn't need to shout. The brief was to build a creative identity that matched that confidence.
The work started with the built environment itself: facades, proportions, the tones of stone and glass Kiraal had already committed to in concrete. Rather than overlaying a brand system onto completed buildings, the visual direction was derived from what was already there.
Architectural renders are framed with the discipline of editorial photography: generous white space, controlled typographic hierarchy, a palette drawn from natural materials. No gold accents, no baroque letterforms. The sophistication comes from proportion alone.
Interiors follow the same logic: lit and composed to give prospective buyers a genuine sense of space rather than a brochure impression. The goal was to make the photography feel like a visit.
"Genuine luxury is most convincingly expressed through discipline."
