Dana Bay is a luxury coastal development whose identity needed to carry the weight of place: the clarity of open water, the restraint of fine materials, and the sense of arrival that distinguishes a true destination from a real-estate product.

The character of the ocean

Rather than illustrating luxury or the ocean literally, the design response sought their underlying character: depth, stillness, refraction, and the particular silence of the sea at first light. The wordmark was built to hold that tension: enough presence to anchor large-format application, fine enough in detail to reward close inspection.
