Aramco: Formula 1 Racecar Activation

An energy-sector giant at the edge of motorsport spectacle. HoopAI was engaged to design and produce an exhibition activation that could hold its own against the visual saturation of a Formula 1 paddock while reading unmistakably as Aramco.

A presence, not a panel

The activation was conceived as an object to move around and through, not a backdrop to stand in front of. Structural design, integrated lighting, and creative media were resolved as a single brief, so the booth read as a coherent environment from the widest sightline down to the closest interaction.

Production discipline

Strict event timelines governed the build, and the complexity of the media integration required close coordination between fabrication and the lighting and sound teams. The result positioned Aramco not as a sponsor logo on a wall, but as an active, designed participant in the event’s energy.
